Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient rehabilitation services. The Rehabilitation team treats patients with injuries and conditions affecting mobility, physical function, and independence.

Neurological & Stroke Rehabilitation
Balance & Dizziness Rehabilitation
Wheelchair Seating
Neck, Back & Extremity Care
Outpatient Rehabilitation
Requirements
Current, unencumbered Oregon PT License – Required
Healthcare Provider BLS – Required
Minimum 3 year of experience
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
Strong outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Additional Information
EMR: EPIC
Interview availability must be provided with submission
Holiday coverage may be required
