An Occupational Therapist is needed for an opportunity at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to residents, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Shift Information- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Holiday Coverage: Not required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Assess and evaluate patients' needs and abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and goals.
