PUMP LEAK TEST

• SEAL THE PUMP USING COVER PLATES AND GASKETS
• PRESSURIZE THE PUMP AND SUBMERGE IN WATER TO IDENTIFY LEAKS

OIL FLOW AND ELECTRICAL TESTING

• CONNECT THE PUMP TO THE TEST SYSTEM WITH PIPING
• OPERATE AND RECORD DATA IN EXCEL AT 5 DIFFERENT OPERARTING POINTS
• REMOVE THE PUMP, SEAL, PRESSUREIZE WITH NOITROGEN, AND WASH
• SKID THE PUMP

EPOXY SPRAY PAINTING OF THE FINISHED PUMP(S)

NAMEPLATE AND FINAL PACKAGING

• THIS WILL BE AN AFTERNOON SHIFT POSITION AFTER TRAINING, 2:30PM TO 11:00PM

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED ON FIRST SHIFT, 6:00AM TO 2:30PM

The entry payrate is $25.14/hr.
