A local food manufacturing facility is seeking dependable employees for full-time Food Production Utility & Sanitation Worker positions. Requirements for the Food Production Utility & Sanitation Worker

Ability to lift and carry bags, buckets, and other materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb stairs while carrying products, cleaning supplies, or equipment
Ability to frequently reach overhead and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
Comfortable working in a warm environment due to heat generated during the manufacturing process
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to pass required respiratory testing and wear breathing equipment when necessary due to dust particles in the facility
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening
Strong attendance and a commitment to workplace safety

Food Production Utility & Sanitation Worker Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize production equipment and machinery
Clean walls, floors, work areas, and facility surfaces
Dust and maintain production and warehouse areas
Sanitize workstations and processing areas according to company procedures
Safely handle cleaning supplies and sanitation equipment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment

Schedule

Full-time
Day Shift
Monday through Friday
7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Some Saturday work may be required
