Penmac Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Leasing Agent for a full-time opportunity in Harrison, AR.  This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working with customers in a fast-paced office environment. 

As a Customer Service Leasing Agent, you will spend much of your day assisting prospective residents by answering incoming calls, providing leasing information, and scheduling appointments. You will also support the leasing process by handling paperwork, maintaining records, and assisting with move-in coordination.Requirements for the Customer Service Leasing Agent

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Professional phone etiquette
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping abilities

Customer Service Leasing Agent Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist prospective residents
• Provide leasing information and schedule appointments
• Take messages and respond to inquiries professionally
• Assist with applications, documentation, and lease paperwork
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity
• Support property showings and move-in coordination
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location: Harrison, AR
