Lead Welding Mechanic and Lead Copper Mechanic

Mon- Fri 6 or 7AM start time, 8-10 hours a day, currently at 48 hours a week

Lead Welding Mechanic - $35-40/hr

Responsible for leading welding and mechanical repair activities, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Performs welding, fabrication, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment while providing guidance to other technicians.

• 10 years of previous welding and mechanical maintenance experience, along with strong leadership skills, is required.
• Ability to run a crew of at least 6
• Ability to read prints and submittals
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues
• 6G certification mandatory

Lead Copper Mechanic - $32-36/hr

Responsible for leading the installation, repair, and maintenance of copper piping systems and related mechanical equipment. Performs brazing, soldering, cutting, and fitting of copper pipe while troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues. Provides direction to other mechanics, ensures work meets quality and safety standards, and helps keep projects on schedule.

• 2-5 years of previous copper/mechanical experience
• Ability to lead a team of about 6
