Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 12pm - 5pm

Are you a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional with Apartment Maintenance Experience to join our team. Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues
• Perform apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new residents
• Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with residents
• Assist with grounds maintenance and emergency on-call duties as needed

Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and painting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
