Location: Big Lake, MN
Compensation: $19.00–$23.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians for a leading boat manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build high quality components while working in a fast-paced production environment that values teamwork, integrity, and growth. If you enjoy using hand tools, staying active throughout your shift, and working with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit for you! What You’ll Do as an Assembly Technician:

• Assemble vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components
• Prepare materials and build-up parts according to specifications
• Perform inspections and quality checks throughout production
• Operate power tools, hoists, and various production equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Technician Role:

• Must be able to read and interpret a tape measure
• Must have experience using power and hand tools
• Must be able to follow written blueprint instructions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be able to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and reach overhead
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• 6+ months of experience within past year preferred
