Pay: $19.00
Shop Schedule: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
· Schedule on job sites varies from 5-8’s (very rare) to 5-10’s, 7-10’s, 7-12’s, whatever the Client requires. This also includes night shift work as required.
· Job-sites are typically anywhere from 3-4 days, up to 2 or 3 weeks, sometimes more.
Location: Northwest Houston
Position Summary:
Our Client has over 50 years of experience specializing in foundation repair, grouting, and concrete restoration. The company offers a wide range of contracting and consulting services, including anchor bolt repairs, pressure grouting, diamond coring, and turnkey solutions for foundation installations. Known for its commitment to safety, Our client uses air-powered tools and advanced technology to ensure consistent quality and safety on job sites. Operating both domestically and internationally, the company has a reputation for delivering durable and reliable solutions for heavy industrial machinery and concrete structure repairs.
Role Description
Our client is based in Houston, Texas is seeking full-time concrete laborers to perform construction tasks, moving and lifting materials, demolition, pouring concrete/grout and various other duties at Client locations throughout the US. Be a part of the team that is known for the quality, safety, and long-term reliability of their foundation repairs.
Responsibilities:
· Concrete demolition
· Concrete repair
· Form fabrication
· Placement of epoxy and cementitious materials
· Heavy industrial equipment grouting
· Use of high impact tools to repair concrete
· Cleaning and preparing job site
· Loading and delivering materials
· Hands-on use of variety of tools
· Incorporating safe work practices
· Perform work in Houston, TX shop when not at Client facilities throughout US.
Requirements:
· Basic knowledge of tools and general labor
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
· Willing to travel with crews and be on project sites for extended periods (Transportation to and from the job site, lodging, and Per Diem for meals will be provided by the employer)
· Must pass Company and Client required graded background screening and safety training
· Able to pass Company and Client required pre-access and random drug testing (urinalysis, oral fluids, hair follicle, etc.)
· Must pass fitness for duty physical exam
· Must be willing to wear respirator
· Must have a current, valid Texas Driver License
· Existing TWIC holder a plus
