What You'll Do:
✔ Source, screen, and place qualified candidates
✔ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
✔ Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively
✔ Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes
✔ Support branch operations and mentor junior recruiters
What We're Looking For:
✅ 1-2 years of staffing/recruiting experience
✅ Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing preferred
✅ Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
✅ ATS/CRM experience required
✅ Bilingual English/Spanish
