Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by assignment and may include providing direct patient/resident care, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications when authorized, documenting care, communicating with facility staff, and following facility policies and applicable standards of practice.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota license or certification applicable to your position
• Current required healthcare credentials
• Ability to complete Prudential Healthcare Staffing's onboarding and credentialing requirements
• Dependable transportation
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to reliably report for accepted shifts
• 6 Months of experience in assisted living for long-term care
