We’re hiring an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment providing rehabilitation services across inpatient and long-term care settings in North Dakota!

🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active North Dakota PT License
• Strong clinical evaluation and treatment-planning skills
• Experience in inpatient and/or long-term care settings
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong patient assessment and rehabilitation skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

🔹 Assignment Details:
• 13-week contract
• Day shift
• 36 guaranteed hours/week
• Start Date: September 14, 2026
• 1 position available
• No holiday coverage required
• No on-call
• W-2 employment only

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients' physical abilities, mobility, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions based on patient goals
• Perform therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Assist patients with improving strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
• Provide gait and transfer training as appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques
• Recommend appropriate assistive devices and adaptive strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
• Promote patient independence and safe functional mobility
• Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements
