### Requirements:

✔ Active Montana OT License (or eligible)
✔ Minimum 3 Year of Occupational Therapy Experience
✔ Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care experience preferred
✔ Strong patient care and rehabilitation skills

### Position Details:

* Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care setting
* Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
