Responsibilities:
• Act as the main administrator for the ERP/CRM environment, ensuring the system supports daily manufacturing and finance workflows effectively.
• Investigate application issues, data inconsistencies, and process slowdowns, then coordinate timely solutions with internal stakeholders and external support teams.
• Build and maintain tailored reports, dashboards, and database queries that provide leadership with meaningful operational and business insights.
• Manage the relationship with the software vendor by documenting cases clearly, tracking open items, and escalating defects or enhancement needs when appropriate.

• Develop process documentation, user instructions, and issue logs to strengthen knowledge sharing and reduce dependence on outside resources.
• Deliver onboarding and role-specific training for office and shop-floor employees to promote correct system usage and adoption of established procedures.
• Visit company locations as needed to assess system performance, support users, and help maintain consistent processes across sites.• 2+ years of experience administering or providing advanced support for an ERP or CRM platform.

• Ability to manage system-related projects involving user access, security controls, or application improvements.
• Familiarity with business systems skills such as configuration management, business requirements documentation, client-side scripting, API development, or Salesforce development.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with a practical approach to resolving technical and process-related issues.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users and work productively with external vendors.
