General Production Worker

We're hiring General Production Workers to join our team in Berkeley Springs, WV. This is a hands-on role working with stainless steel materials in a clean and safety-focused production environment. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Load and unload stainless steel materials.
• Support production operations by staging materials and preparing work orders.
• Operate manual equipment used in the fabrication process.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using overhead cranes (training provided).
• Clean, stack, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work closely with operators and production personnel to keep work flowing efficiently.

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berkeley Springs, WV.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
