Working with preschool-aged students, you’ll play a key role in shaping positive early learning experiences. The manageable caseload—currently just 10 students and capped at 20—ensures you can dedicate personalized attention to each child. A non-certified onsite substitute will collaborate with you to provide hands-on support, allowing you to focus on instruction and key SPED responsibilities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Intervention Specialist license for Ohio (required)
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably at the early childhood or preschool level
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and early childhood development
- Prior experience with virtual instruction (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to preschool students
- Manage and oversee IEPs and all SPED compliance documentation
- Collaborate with onsite staff and the non-certified substitute for optimal student outcomes
