Position: Press Operator
Pay: $19.50/hour

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Press Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $19.50 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Working in a clean-room environment, wearing proper PPE, including, but not limited to: coveralls, hair/ beard nets, gloves. 
• Set up and operate production equipment according to work order specifications and operating procedures
• Load, unload, and stage materials required for production runs
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met
• Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Document quality inspections, production data, and process adjustments accurately
• Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, filter changes, and preventative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety standards
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and production variances to supervisors
• Follow all work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, spec cards, and production paperwork
• Basic math and measurement skills for verifying dimensions and recording quality data
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and use hand tools
• Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a production environment
• Previous clean-room experience helpful, but not required.
