Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Syracuse, New York. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and working closely with internal teams to keep service operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Assist with filing, scanning, and other light administrative paperwork

Help track and organize inventory as needed

Assist with receiving, moving, and stocking inventory items, including propane tanks

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Provide general support to office and operations staff

Complete other duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED required

Previous customer service, retail, warehouse, or office experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Dependable with a positive, customer-focused attitude

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis

Willingness to assist with both office and inventory-related tasks
