MIG/TIG Welder

Position: MIG/TIG Welder
Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift – Flexible Scheduling
Location: Sparta, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a MIG/TIG Welder to start IMMEDIATELY at $23.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on metal parts following work orders, layouts, and welding specifications
• Complete repetitive production welding while maintaining high quality and consistency
• Inspect finished welds and parts for quality assurance
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Operate a variety of metal fabrication equipment and processes

Qualifications:

• Prior TIG and MIG welding experience or relevant welding education required
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, layouts, and welding diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• TIG/MIG welding test required for final applicants
