DOCK HELPERS
1st Shift, Mon-Fri, 4AM start time
Forklift experience required
Pay: $15.79/hour; plus extra $3.95/hr when attendance bonus is met!
Our client, a local food distributor company, is seeking immediate Dock Helpers/Receiving Associates. These are full-time, temp positions starting ASAP until the end of October! The shift hours are 4a - 12:30p (until the work is done), Monday through Friday, and there is an attendance incentive too!
- Responsible for ensuring inventory is received, processed, and organized accurately and efficiently.
- Scan delivered items and ensure quality; stage for put-away.
- Steel Toed Boots
- Forklift certification, or willingness and ability to obtain.
- Basic reading and math skills; normally obtained by completing a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Lift 30 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in refrigerated 28- 45 degree and freezer 0 degree, temperatures.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently.
- Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of inventory.
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift.
