Accounts Payable

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support a growing accounting department with a primary focus on Accounts Payable. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working onsite in a business casual office setting. This is a perm (direct hire) opportunity with a friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Match invoices to packing slips and supporting documentation
• Code non-PO invoices and ensure timely processing
• Communicate with vendors and customers via phone and email
• Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Troubleshoot and research payment-related issues
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required (1+ years recent exp)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle routine responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar industry preferred
• Dependable, conscientious, and highly detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute as a team member
• Ability and willingness to learn new software and processes

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
