Occupational Therapist School Setting in Broomfield, CO

Located near Broomfield, CO, this onsite opportunity invites you to support students across elementary, middle, and high school settings in a rewarding and collaborative environment.

You’ll be working onsite Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, for 36 hours each week, with a focus on evaluations and ongoing caseload support. Whether handling overflow assessments, supporting students at multiple school sites, or guiding progress at the elementary or high school level, you’ll play a key role in helping learners reach their full potential.

What We’re Seeking:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic caseload
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care
• Ability to travel to onsite locations as required

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct OT services to students (elementary, middle, high school)
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
• Support overflow assessments and adapt plans as needed for evolving caseloads
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and share expertise with school teams
