Description
Position Summary: Supports the provision of patient care through the coordination of unit clerical activities, intra and inter departmental communication, record keeping and order transcription.
Experience
Required: Previous experience as unit coordinator, completion of unit coordinator course or previous clerical/secretarial experience
Education
Required: High School Degree or equivalency ;
Preferred: Unit coordinator course and/or secretarial and computer training
License and Credentials
Required: None
Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organization and time management skills, computer skills, basic knowledge of medical terminology; ability to use standard office equipment including fax machine, multi-line phones, and copiers; ability to handle multiple tasks and to work independently

Infant (0-1); Toddler (1-3); Preschool (3-6); School Age (6-12); Adolescent (12-18); Adult: Early Adult (19-45); Middle Adult (46-59); Late Adult (60-79); Late, Late Adult (Over 80)
Bi-Weekly Hours: 72 hours per pay period 7 am to 7 pm
The minimum starting rate for this position is $17.14
