About who needs care: Congestive heart failure, severe mobility limitations, confused speech. Bed- or chair-bound, cannot climb stairs. Can go to the bathroom on her own.
About the care needs: The ability to guide her walking (it is very slow) and help her stay comfortable, and talk with her a little bit. I want her to be comfortable. I am seeking hospice care.
Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
