About who needs care: Bed bound. Needs custodial care. Mainly periodic diaper changes. About the care needs: Out going and communicative with parent as to what to do next. For example while rolling parent, it's important to tell him what he may need to do next to help. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
