Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a caregiver who would pick up my son from school at 2 p.m. and stay with him until I get home about 5:15 p.m. It would occasionally be longer, but I will give plenty notice ahead. I would want someone who would engage my son in playing on the playground or library, depending on the soccer schedule might need to take him to his soccer class once a week. Ideally the person would help my son develop self esteem and interest in play other than cars :) The person should be loving, patient and supportive. FYI- We do not watch TV during the week. Also, I work from home at least one day a week, typically Thursdays so there might be some flexibility on that day. Thanks
