Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for part time infant care for our 8-month-old son once my maternity leave is over. I work from home and my husband is a nurse with a varied schedule so I will be in the house during the day if something urgent comes up. We are looking for someone to care for our son in the house about 3 days a week, during regular office hours, but are ideally looking for someone who has flexibility on which days if given advanced notice. Our household has three cats and would likely be hard for someone with allergies, but is spacious and located at the top of a hill in a quiet kid-friendly neighborhood.
