Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for someone to play with my kids while I get housework done. I work full time so finding time to maintain basic chores is becoming increasingly difficult. I want someone who is willing to play, engage, and entertain the kids either in the house or in our yard. I prefer this time not be spent watching television and I prefer the caregiver not be on their phone or listening to music with EarPods. I am really looking for some engagement with the kids while I get some chores done around the house.
