Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a sitter for our happy little 1-year-old (plus 4-year-old sister for the last hour of the day). We want someone who loves to read, craft, and go outdoors. We love going outside in any weather and want someone who would go on daily adventures to a playground or library. Responsibilities include driving or walking the 4-year-old home from school, snacks/lunch, and naptime for the baby. We also have a 2nd and 4th grader who will be in school during these times. Requirements: experience w babies/toddlers & multiple kids, a clean license and background check, and references. Non smoker & non vaper is a must. I work from home most days & we have two big-ish rescue pups.
