Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

We do everything in our power to bring our children joy and often sacrifice pieces of our own lives for them. We would give them the world, if we could. But sometimes we need a break. Im looking for a sitter for a date night a couple times a month. Sometimes feels uncomfortable asking and putting the pressure on family. If anyone understands my situation, being a special needs parent isnt easy. Hopefully finding someone with references and experience with autistic children maybe will help my peace of mind. I've never had a sitter outside of close friends or family. We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Rome. We would prefer a babysitter who is comfortable with pets
