Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I work from home and need some help with my 6. 5-month-old. I will be mostly in my office working but I will be there to help if she gets hungry or tired. I'd like to find someone who can talk/read/sing to her and walk her around outside and basically keep her entertained and happy while I'm working. Since she naps a lot it would be great to find someone who can help with light cleaning while the baby sleeps.
