Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Busy family seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented, efficient individual or small professional team for an initial deep clean, then ongoing weekly or bi-weekly service. Initial project: post-construction deep clean (recent interior repairs) -- dust removal, full surface wipe-down, floors, baseboards, vents, fixtures, windows. Likely multi-day. Ongoing: standard house cleaning, general tidying, and help decluttering/organizing. Looking for: strong attention to detail (dusting, small spots), organizing experience, trustworthy, efficient, dependable. Post-construction experience a plus. Pay negotiable. Long-term fit preferred.
