Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I just bought this townhome two-story Im waiting for the current occupants to leave. I supposed to take possession September 3. I need the whole place cleaned and the carpets steam cleaned if thats possible if all that cannot be done and one day then we can reschedule for another time.
