Job Description
- Resident must be affiliated with an accredited academic program during their placement with AllHealth Network. The school or its representative must have an established Affiliation Agreement, in writing, in place regarding the terms of a resident's placement prior to start.
- AllHealth Network does not employ or provide placements to current or former clients or those who have family members in treatment to avoid confidentiality concerns or conflicts of interest.
- Resident may not practice in any other language other than English unless they have passed the Human Resources approved proficiency examination.
- Those offered resident positions are required to complete the background check process and other onboarding requirements, as outlined by Human Resources.
- Residents are expected to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO) as well as other required new hire trainings and to complete all mandatory agency-wide staff training requirements.
- Residents are expected to give constructive feedback that evaluates their training and supervision experience and to be engaged in the learning process.
- Residents are expected to participate in the development of a performance improvement plan if one is needed.
- Residents are expected to keep track of their hours as they accrue, per the requirements of their academic program.
- Video and audio taping of sessions is not permitted.
- Must be enrolled in a psychiatric residency program in good standing
- Must be accruing hours as part of academic program requirements
- Location: Depends on supervisor/preceptor availability
- One day per week
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- MD - Doctor of Medicine
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited internship and 2 years post-graduate experience in a Psychiatric Residency Program
- Currently in Post-Graduate Year 4 (PGY-4) of Psychiatric Residency Program
- Must have DEA License in good standing
- Must have Training License in good standing
- Must be eligible for Medicaid certification and insurance credentialing
- MD - Doctor of Medicine
