Tameless Performance is an established automotive brand and manufacturing shop specializing in American-made performance components and diesel upgrades. We are hiring a remote representative to manage our online store retail operations, customer parts orders, and branded merchandise catalog.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively manage inbound e-commerce retail orders, apparel requests, and customer inquiries remotely.
- Coordinate with our physical Leicester, NC shop facility to track product availability and shipment timelines.
- Update digital inventory catalog configurations for performance parts and retail apparel lines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home workspace.
- Strong written communication skills to handle digital customer support pipelines.
- No prior diesel mechanical experience required; complete training on our parts catalog is provided.
