CRI has an immediate opening for a Program Support Coordinator to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of administrative experience supporting a management team. This position supports a team of over 50 personnel and directly affects the progress of the overall program. Ideal candidates will be organized, detail oriented and proactive. Candidate should seek out solutions to issues, and ensure program logistics and travel coordination tasks are dealt with in a timely manner and delivered error-free.
Must possess at least an Active Secret Government Clearance
Must report on-site to Alexandria, VA
Core work hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday - Friday (excluding Federal Government holidays)

- Ability to work well under constantly changing deadlines and priorities

- Work independently within established processes and guidelines
- Communicate with employees, peers, operations leadership and vendors/suppliers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and deliver polished products is a must
- Must possess the ability to work independently and on a team
- Ability to effectively interact with members of the management team and staff
- Experience with Government customers preferred
- Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Draft, proofread, edit and coordinate documents such as instructions, spreadsheets, presentations and reports
Some responsibilities & requirements will include:
Providing coordination and logistics duties, which may include but are not limited to:
- Travel coordination, logistics and scheduling
- Coordinating all pre-deployment activities for travelers supporting the program (to include but not limited to: obtaining credits cards for travel, COVID tests, obtaining visas, physicals, clearance authorizations, etc.)
- Draft, proofread, edit and coordinate documents such as instructions, spreadsheets, presentations and reports
- Ensuring travelers itineraries are secured and all approvals obtained no less than 24 hours prior to departure
- Updating the resource schedule/calendar to notify management of which employees are on travel
- Providing Post- travel support to the program including obtaining travel receipts, and ensuring all documentation is complete.
Providing administrative support duties, which may include but are not limited to:
- Copying, editing, basic document drafting, review and finalization
- Logistics coordination and scheduling
- Compiling weekly reports for management team
- Tracking check-ins, training, certifications, and deliverables
- Office supply tracking/budgeting
- Managing SharePoint
- Support new work stream and strategic plan implementation
Providing meeting support to include but not limited to:
- Agenda development, scheduling, meeting minutes
- Developing presentations and action item follow-up
