What Youll Do

Help maintain strong customer retention

Handle day-to-day policy service needs

Conduct policy reviews

Cross-sell when additional coverage makes sense

Identify coverage gaps and ask thoughtful questions

Build strong relationships with clients

Partner with the sales team to support agency growth

Ask for referrals and help create new opportunities

What Were Looking For

Active Texas Property & Casualty License

At least 1 year of P&C insurance experience within the past 2 years

At least 1 year of customer service experience

Strong communication and technology skills

Organized, dependable, and comfortable working toward goals

Able to work full-time in our Georgetown, TX office
