Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician

Location: SpringHill Suites Fargo
Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24–32 hours per week, including some weekends

Are you a hands-on person who enjoys fixing things, keeping a property looking great, and making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
• Troubleshoot and assist with HVAC systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot pool and hot tub equipment
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Handle basic carpentry and general building repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance throughout guest rooms and common areas
• Perform custodial and deep-cleaning duties as needed, including carpet shampooing
• Help maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the property
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner
• Assist with seasonal and special maintenance projects

What We’re Looking For

• General working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, pools, and carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Previous hotel, apartment, commercial building, or general maintenance experience is preferred

Schedule & Pay

• 24–32 hours per week
• Must be available to work some weekends
• $19.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
