At EDU-AIDs, we believe in the power of inclusive education and evidence-based behavioral support. We’re seeking dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school site in Willimantic, CT bringing high‑quality services to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
Details of Assignment: Occupational Therapist
- Part-Time: 3 days/week
- Location: Districtwide
- Caseload: Based on student IEP
- Grades: PreK–12
- Start Date: August 27, 2026
- Professional Development & Licensure Support: Candidate will be reimbursed for her travel between both the sites. .
- Leadership & Growth: Pathways to advanced roles, mentorship opportunities, and clinical leadership.
- Collaborative Culture: Work alongside fellow educators, and support staff in a collegial setting.
- Access to Tools & Resources: Digital data platforms, assessments, training materials, and administrative support.
- Competitive Compensation: A part-time, on-site OT role with a handsome hourly wage.
- Master Degree is must
- The OT must hold a valid license for state of Connecticut.
- Experience working in a special education public school setting or with pediatric populations.
- Experience interpreting state and federal special education law.
