Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue, ensuring proper patient positioning and adherence to protocols.
- Perform additional imaging procedures as needed, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Verify patient information, ensure image quality, document procedures, and maintain equipment safety standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams; transfer images to PACS and communicate results as appropriate.
- Monitor patient safety and comfort, assist with contrast administration according to protocol, and follow infection control practices.

Requirements
- Active radiologic technology license (state-specific) to practice.
- CT imaging experience preferred; general radiography and fluoroscopy experience required or implied by role.
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- CT certification preferred or eligible; ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts; willingness to work in a hospital imaging department.
- Strong patient-care skills and ability to communicate with diverse patient populations.
