Job Description

Hire Priority is hiring an EPA Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community in the Houston area. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional who can respond to service requests, support unit turns, and help keep the community clean, functional, and resident-ready.

We are looking for someone with strong apartment maintenance experience who can troubleshoot issues efficiently, work well with residents and team members, and deliver quality service in a fast-paced property environment.

Job Details:

Pay: Starting at $25/hr.
Position Type: Full-Time / Temp / Temp-to-Hire
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues
Support make ready work and help prepare vacant units for new resident move-in
Perform preventative maintenance and general repair tasks as assigned
Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community
Work closely with property management and maintenance staff to prioritize daily work orders
Provide excellent customer service to residents while completing maintenance tasks
Assist with general property upkeep and additional maintenance support as needed

Qualifications:

Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
