We are seeking an experienced, detailâ€'driven Body Shop Estimator to join our busy Collision Center. The ideal candidate is skilled in writing accurate estimates, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and supporting a smooth repair process from dropâ€'off to delivery. Key Responsibilities – Body Shop Estimator:
- Greet customers and assess vehicle damage
- Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC, Mitchell, or similar platforms
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals
- Review repair plans with technicians and ensure proper documentation
- Provide timely updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to verify accuracy and availability
- Maintain organized files, photos, and repair documentation
- Support quality control and assist with final delivery
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Body Shop Estimator required
- ROME experience is a big plus!
- Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
- Proficiency with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a highâ€'volume environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- DRP experience is a plus
