Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an off-campus Emergency Department setting, requiring ARRT (R)(CT) certification and at least 1 year of experience.
Details
- Off-campus Emergency Department (OCED) setting with 10 beds
- Emergency patient population
- Performs CT and XR imaging exams for Emergency Department patients
- Uses Epic EMR
- Equipment includes Siemens XR, Siemens Go series CT, Canon Portable, and MedRad Injector
- 12-hour night shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- Shift times include 0630-1900, 1830-0700, and 1130-2200 depending on position
- Weekend rotation every other weekend, depending on position
- On-call requirements apply
- May float to other MHS OCED locations for extra shifts if desired
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- ARRT (R) - CT registry eligible
- ARRT RT (R)(CT) certification required
- WA DOH Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
- Experience with CT, XR, and Emergency Department imaging exams
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- Facility accepts first-time travelers
- Orientation includes new employee orientation (NEO) plus 2 days of departmental orientation
- Holiday expectations require working 75% of holidays that fall on a normal scheduled workday
- RTO requests subject to Resource Team approval
- Schedule is posted in 6-week increments
- Scrub color is not restricted to a specific color
