Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist position is based in a clinical setting. This role involves performing vascular, interventional, and angiography procedures, ensuring patient safety, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires a skilled professional capable of working independently and collaboratively to support complex imaging and treatment procedures.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week scheduled from 09/21/2026 to 12/19/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in ARRT (R) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and BCLS Basic Life Support. A minimum of 2 years of vascular or interventional experience, with knowledge of anatomy, sterile techniques, patient care, and radiography.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Vascular/Interventional Radiography Certification, relevant state licensure and/or certifications.
  • Additional Information: The position involves assisting with various procedures including SIRT mapping/treatments, embolizations, nephrostomy tube placements, biliary tube placements, and CT-guided interventions. The technologist will be responsible for patient education, maintaining sterile environments, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Responsibilities also include coordinating patient care and proper documentation throughout procedures.
