Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers while providing professional customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate vehicle service and repair needs
• Present recommended repairs and maintenance and discuss pricing with customers
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-moving environment
• Dispatch work through the shop's dispatch board and coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Follow established sales, customer service, communication, and workflow processes
• Maintain accurate and professional customer communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and presenting recommended services
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage a fast-moving customer and repair workflow
• Comfortable learning new systems and following established processes
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred but not required

• Approximately $80,000–$120,000 annual earning potential, depending on performance and skill level
