Production Operator

Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate
Location: TN, Dickson
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform production, assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks to support daily operations.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Inspect products for quality, identify defects, and report issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to read, write, and understand basic work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
