Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Medina, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Medina, Ohio

Pay Range: $25.50

Shift: 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am; Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Responsible for producing and assembling products in the plant
• Operate and maintain machinery to meet production standards
• Finalize products and prepare them for shipping
• Follow a daily production schedule under the supervision of the team lead
• Perform quality checks and detect defects before products move to the next stage

What's Needed?

• Forklift Certification
• High School Diploma / GED or higher from an accredited institution
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and operate various manufacturing equipment
• Basic understanding of quality standards and safety procedures
