Automotive Service Advisor

Team Honda of Acadiana is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team in Opelousas!

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs, keep them informed throughout the service process, and make sure every visit delivers an exceptional experience.

• Earn up to $60,000+ per year
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Greet service customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs
• Create and manage repair orders
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly to customers
• Provide accurate estimates and explain service options
• Keep customers updated on repair status, costs, and completion times
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers
• Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Help ensure a smooth, efficient service experience from check-in through vehicle pickup

• Previous automotive advisor experience preferred but not required
• Customer service, sales, or other automotive experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to explain automotive services and recommendations in an easy-to-understand way
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work the scheduled hours, including rotating Saturday mornings
