1st Shift - Data Entry Clerk

Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Data Entry Clerks for our Bolingbrook client.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shifts: 8:00am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Job Details:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, client, and order information in company databases
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before processing
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with questions, order updates, and account information
• Process customer orders and ensure all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner
• Verify and correct data discrepancies as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate records
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties assigned
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards while working independently
