Do you enjoy meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating a welcoming atmosphere? Sips Coffee Co. is looking for friendly, dependable Baristas to join our growing team.

Whether you're looking for a long-term opportunity or want to gain experience in customer service, we'd love to meet you.

Pay and Details:

• Starting at $15/hour
• Cash tips
• Many team members earn up to $20/hour with tips
• Approximately 20-30 hours per week
• Must have 6am-12pm or 12pm-5pm availability, weekend availability preferred

What You'll Do:

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
• Take customer orders accurately
• Operate the register and handle transactions
• Keep the café clean and organized
• Stock supplies throughout the day
• Work as part of a supportive team
• Help create a fun, welcoming environment for every customer
